I still have all on them as spreadsheets. I am not allowed to share it as the original 4 day program is now in the app. I recommend purchasing the app. this way you can also support Boris :)

Hello,

If you wanted to change Board Press and Bench Press with Chains to regular Bench Press in the 4 day advanced medium load program, how should you adjust the percentages in each exercise?

If I recall correctly in AML, chains are done with 75%...so if i was going to sub them out i would increase weight to 80%

Depending on the board percentage i would probably decrease the the board percentage by 5%
