Sheiko Gold 4 day program

Hi,

I currently workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday and am in the FREESTYLE period.

Will Sheiko Gold be able to adapt to this working style or will I need to change to the Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday regime?

Also, will it be possible to view the Sheiko workouts in advance to see what exercises are required?

I guess the basic exercises will be set to specific days but I'm specifically concerned about front squats.  Due to fracturing my collar bone motorcycle racing years ago I can't hold the barbell in the weightlifting style for front squats.  Instead, I have to rest the barbell on my delts and cross my arms and I wear a specialist A7 T-shirt with grippers on the front to help stop the barbell from sliding off.  Hence, it would be nice to see what the lifts will be beforehand :)

Yeah, it can adapt to pretty much any schedule you throw at it. I've got friends that travel a lot and their gym schedule is all messed up. But they happily get a good workout no matter what.

You can get a Sheiko workout and then come back to it up to 8 hours later. That way you can see what's coming later on that day. You can also disable lifts you don't want to do by swiping left on an exercise when browsing your exercise folders.
