Help modifying programs

Right now I need upper body mass and practice squatting.  What I want to do is do the squat work as written with double squat sessions, increase the reps per set on the bench press work (more metabolic stress) and avoiding double bench sessions as much as possible, and lastly decrease deadlift volume while increasing the intensity.

Most of the current programs seem very special exercise intensive for bench and deadlift which I don't need as my technique is pretty good and stable on both lifts.  I actually would like to nix bench and deadlift work on day 4 and just do upper body GPP.

Any ideas on how to modify the existing programs without screwing up the progression and variation in the training load?
