Sheiko 4th Day Supp Exercises Questions

Hi, i started the Large Advanced Load( under 80kg) and I am seeing Press , Shoulder Press and incline press.
I am kinda unsure of the form of these exercises, read somewhere sheiko's incline bench press is more like an incline shoulder press

1. Is there a difference between Press and Shoulder press, i see both in the app?
2. Incline Bench press degrees? Read somewhere that he uses 60 degrees for the incline bench press
