Hi all,

I want to make the shift from doing the four day a week Advanced, Medium Load Cycles to the three day a week Intermediate cycles. I want to do this just because of time constraints getting to the gym four days a week, not nesseciarly to reduce the actual workload.

Would it make sense to then do the Intermediate Medium Load, or to do the Intermediate Large Load? I'm a 34 year old male who weighs aprox. 190lbs/86kghttp://sheiko-program.ru.

I would say medium, if you find it too easy after doing an entire cycle, switch to large load
