Hi, Was hoping someone could please clarify. My weight is 83kg and my comp pbs are as follows:

Squat- 150
Bench- 117.5
Deadlift 212.5
Total= 480

The app has classified me as a 1st class sportsmen and recommend that I follow the advanced medium load program. However, i have checked a classification chart which has classified me a level 3. Just want to make sure I start with the correct program. Thanks
