Hi guys.

I get really severe DOMS from the squat sessions. To the point where I can't train them again for 4-5 days.

Could I run the first prep cycle but do half the number of sets. Then repeat it and add one more set each time I do the cycle until I do it in full?

At the moment I am just so sore it's stopping me training again for 4-5 days.

What do you guys think?
