Only light squatting advanced medium load program?
« on: January 14, 2018, 07:29:17 PM »
Hi, my max squat is 135kg. Now the squatting in the program is generally with 95, 107,5 OR incidentally  115kg. I feel this does not prepare me for heavy squats. Any thoughts on this? And generally how does the program adjust for me being female?

There is no difference for training between female and male. The only difference is that during menstruation (which man don't have) you should not deadlift in your critical day and change that to hypers. Squat and bench you should adjust that day depending as you feel.

Hi,

Getting PR's is little bit of a mental game, what Sheiko does is make you do a comp repetition every time, then when you squat+10kg you are just doing the same as you did with 10kgs lighter. You just need to thrust the program and wait for the max days and everything will work itself out.
