Which Training plans to start with?

I'm looking for advice for which training plans to start with first(example 29). This will also be my first powerlifting program as I only have used what my football coach gave me in the past.
My stats-
Weight 200
Bench 285
Squat 375
Deadlift 405
Age 17

Any help would be greatly appreciated meaning.

Almost all of the programs can be found in the ios App. Otherwise the usual approach is to find you appropriate class from your total and then decide program from there. usually Boris would like people to train 4 times a week if possible.
