Week December 25-31   weight=70

Day 1 - rest day - gyms were closed due to holidays

Day 2
1.Bench press with slingshot up to 85% 3reps x 4sets    easy
2.Deadlift with bands sth between easy and medium

Day 3
1.2sec paused squat up to 70% 3reps x 5sets  i love this exercise, sth betwene easy and medium
2.Bench press  up to 80% 3reps x 5sets - medium

First day with additional exercise for abductors (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/HipAbductor/LVStandHipAbduction.html). Next day I wanted to die hihihi. My adductors are much stronger. Using the same machine for adductors I use 95 kg per leg. For abductors 45kg was heavy :/

Day 4
1.Deadlift off blocks, with chains up to 80% 3reps x 4sets  medium, I put my feet a bit outside and it felt much better for knees - i didn't feel them falling inside and the lift felt ing= general pretty light
3.Dumbbell bench press 6reps x 5sets      20x1 22kgx4 - I feel ready to try next time24kg :D

good to see you again here :)

how's your wrist now? also the slipping on bench can be fixed if you use an old shirt that covers your shoulders completely (not sure why but old clothes has good gripping), maybe try to clean the bench too before using with water/soap (not sure if your gym has those bottles full of cleaning water), greasy hair and sweat can be slippery and maybe clak on the bench...otherwise I would suggest to concentrate and keep tight on your arch, even if is slippery you should be able to keep the position during the movement

please keep the update here  :D

wrist is getting better :) Maybe I just played too much Plants and Zombies ;)

about the sliding I just use for this moment anti slippery mat. With singles I have no issue but once I have to do 3-4 reps with 3 sec pause it becomes a problem to not slide.

The Leather on your bench are probably just very slick and thus bad.
