Hey guys, so I've just finished the last meet of the year. 850kg raw (in sleeves) total at 140kg.
I used to run sheiko advanced medium load, and when I did my first competition in June last year it netted me a nice 735kg total.
After running my own programming for a fair while I've decided I'm going to give sheiko a run again. Partly because I absolutely love it and partly because I want to see what it's like while being stronger.
My own programming is high volume so I'm good with that, and my recovery is optimal (lots of sleep and food).
So should I do sheiko advanced medium or large load? I'm drug free if that means anything.
