Another where to start program

Just got the app and not sure which program to run or programs to run. I’m just looking to build as much strength as possible. I’ve been in and out of the gym for about 3 years but have been able to stay steady for the last year. Basically for the last year I’ve been running powerbuilding programs like PHUL but am looking to move more towards the strength side of lifting. I’m a natural lifter

26 years old 220 fluffy

B-275
S-335
DL- 375

Obviously my bench is my strongest spot because a past job made working my legs difficult with what I had to do for work every single day. Not the case anymore

I will also say looking at the programs I like the looks of the 4 day ones more, I feel the more volume is better as long as it’s able to be run M-F. Any input is greatly appreciated
