How to calculate programs and new maxes.

I’m new to sheiko, I really need help leaning how to use the app . There is so many cycles for example if I do a beginner prep cycle there’s a beginner 1 2 and 3 prep cycle. Are you suppose to complete all 3 cycles before you move onto a intermediate cycle?. I’m lost as to how you set these programs up. My current max lifts are 500 lbs bench press 700 lbs deadlift and 600 lbs squat. I’m a raw lifter. I have done some research but ii am lost as to how to take these maxes and make my program.

Set the app up with your current maxes (app settings). Select the advanced medium load. Run through each of the 4 cycles. At the completion of the last cycle, do your actual/mock meet and restart the program with your new maxes. Swap out any of the exercise variations that you think don't work for you and replace them with what you think will work better. Run through and repeat.
