Training / 3 or 4 day.

-sorry if this is in the wrong spot.

I've been using the app for a few years now (4 day adv. med) and the 3 day bench after my hernia operation.  I turned 45 a while back.  I'm finding I need a bit more rest nowadays.
I am around candidate for master of sport @ around 250lbs.

 Is it time to do less volume?
Should I stick with 4 days or do the 4 days and drop day 4 or do the med. 3 day a week?  Anything in particular Sheiko or yourself recommend for a older lifter?

Hi Robert,

I recently upgraded my Iphone and brought the APP over, which worked with no problems, but the bench programs I bought (all of them) didn't transfer over.  It says I have to buy them again.  Any ideas to help with this?

I noticed that u can buy "bench bundles".  Can I get some information on them? Are they designed by Boris? New? Old? Specifically for certain class? etc.....

I just finished my 2nd round on the APP, and plugged in my new maxes, but it never chose me a program this time - any reason why?  The first time it did.

I currently Sumo Deadlift, and have always deadlifted this way. 

The question I have, I have fairly short arms (and not all that tall either), would it be better to try Conv. as opposed to Sumo?

Anyone with short arms notice a diff. between the two?

I thought I'd start a log on here, and hopefully it'll help push me even harder.  I'm turning 42 this year, weigh around 240lbs (108 kg) and currently my maxes total 1215lbs (552kg).  I am not competing at this time, except with myself.

I lift raw (exception being that I have slowly started to use knee wraps) and am a clean lifter (although I have no problem with anyone using).

I'm on Prep 2 Week 4 of the 4 day universal program.  I appreciate any advise, criticism etc..

Day 1 (all weight in pounds)
1)Squat  324x5x2

2)Bench 276x5x3

3)Pec Deck 60x5x6
4)Dips 5x5 (w/ 100 added)
5)GM 275x5x5
