Stomach acting up again, had to take off the belt to deadlift properly, since the deficit one kinda bunches everything up. THe singles were easier without the belt making me sick.
Bench was okay, still benching at the local fitnesscenter, were the rack is in two pieces and the bench is shit. But on monday I finally get to the new sportscenter where I will stay for the next two years at least. Eleiko benchpress rack!
I still loose up on the lower back during the boxdeads, I have gotten slightly better but I am not where I want to be yet.
Some dude asked me to not break the barbell during the triple on 180kg. I politely informed him that the barbell is in fact an Eleiko Powerlift Competition barbell, and would easily carry over 400kg without breaking. He still looked at me as I was stupid. Fitness centers ftw?
