Support / APP won't work?

I got the app for my I-pad , it let me enter my weights and do day 1 but will not let me do anything else !
It asks if I want to save my training from today but nothing happens when I hit save.
      Thanks for any help!

Beginners (3-day programs) / Master lifter

Hi , just downloaded the app and I’m going to get started on Monday, I’m a 50 yo lifter with 30 or so years experience, just curious if there are any considerations for masters or if I should just start the program as is and use common sense and experience ?
