Hi there, I completed #37,#30 and now I have 2.5 more weeks of #32 left. I have not missed any lifts or workouts. My competition is March 18. What Sheiko program should I follow for 7 weeks until my competition? I have 66kg, 450kg total in USAPL. Thank you.
