Training Logs / The hunt for a 2xBW raw bench

Hi

Welcome to my log. The mail goal of this log will be to share my training and experience. Any advise, questions, comments or thoughts are most welcome.
The main focus of my training is the keep advancing my competition benchpress, primary raw, but I will compete equipped from time to time.

Some stats:
Age: 34 (born 1982)
Height: 178 cm
Weight: 100 - 110 kg
Class: -105
Federation: Danish branch of IPF

Best lifts:
Raw: 185kg (April 2017)
Equipped: 245,5 kg (August 2010)

My training history:
I started lifting somewhere in my early 20s, around 2002-3 (dont remember). I entered my first powerlifting meet in 2006, and since then I have been powerlifting, gravitation more and more towards pure bench.
From May 2011 to September 2016, I did no training of any kind, mostly because I had children and a demading job at the time.
When I returned to the irongame last year I was astonished how fast my strength returned (I did gain kg 20kg bw the 5 years without training). So I can say that after 7 months training I'm back at full strength again.

Training styles:
Early in my lifting career, I dabled in programs. I have done classic linear plans, Westside for quite some time, Smolov, Sheiko, selfprogramming and "freestyling".
But when I look in my training logs and results, I seem to always make my best gains og Sheiko-templates, I just tend to get borred after som time doing countless 2s and 3s of 80 %. But this time I will commit to the style for a longer period of time.
