Support / App updates?

I don't mean to be rude but when are the apps (both android and iOS) going to be updated? In February we were told "things should move quickly", in April "won't be long now", June it was almost there, then radio silence. Now it's mid-August and no news since June. The Strongur app is getting regular updates and feature improvements while the Sheiko app seems completely abandoned.

I'm not in a rush or anything, just mostly curious, but I would really appreciate if there would be more details about the delays instead of keeping users in the dark.

Requests / Weekly overview?

Hi,

I think it would be great to have a weekly overview section in the main menu where users can see their training for the week (including weights). Reason being is that currently I can only see reps/sets and %1RM from the options menu (but not the actual load in kg/lbs) and it takes way too many steps to arrive there anyway. Android version has an overview of the entire program with the weights, so something like that would be quite useful to have in the iOS version as well.

Support / iOS app sets/reps

Hi,

I'm on advanced medium load prep cycle 2, and it seems like there's something wrong with the rep scheme for week 4 day 4. In the app it's 3 singles with 60%, then 3 singles with 70%, 3 singles with 80%, and 2 triples with 85% which is very uncharacteristic so that must be a mistake? In the spreadsheet version of the program it's 1 set each of triples with 60,70,80% and then 3x2 with 85%. Which one is correct?

Hey guys,

 Bought the android app a few days ago and will be starting a cycle in a couple weeks from now but I'm not sure which program I should do since the app doesn't give recommendations (kind of disappointed with the android app but that's another topic). I'm 22y.o., 74kg (163lbs) and my current training maxes are:
  • bench 120kg (265lbs) with 1-2 reps in the tank
  • squat 150kg (330lbs) with 1-2 reps in the tank
  • deadlift 175kg (385lbs) with 1-2 reps in the tank
  • total 470-480kg (30-60 over 1k lbs)
So that puts me right inbetween Class I and CMS. Should I do intermediate medium load or advanced medium load? For the past 2 months, I've been training 4 times a week and I do still have time to train 4 times a week.
