I think the point of all these Deadlift variations is because they are easier to recover from than regular deadlifts. Squats the frequency and volume of just regular squats can be much higher without screwing up recovery. Atleast this is what I think. Perhaps some veterans of this training style could chime in.

Where are you from?
*How long have you been training? How long have you been using Super-coach Sheiko's training?
6.5yrs training bodybuilding style. Just started Sheiko style training and loving it.
*Do you compete? Which Fed?
I will be competing soon after a few prep cycles. The USAPL/IPF is the fed I will be competing. I plan to compete in the 105kg(231lb) weight class eventually, currently sitting around the 93kg(205lb) weight class. I'm 6'0 tall exactly or 183cm
*What have you totaled? What are your best lifts?
Squat: 227kg
Bench: 154kg
Deadlift: 272kg

I think your form looks really solid. I think you should stick with wide grip a little bit longer, cause in my case I was also a stronger closer grip presser, but I plateaued and making my grip just a finger length farther kept me progressing.  If not maybe find somewhere in between your cg and wg.

You could probably split the sets into different exercises. 3 side lateral raises and 2 rear delt exercises. That's what I've been doing anyways.
