Title: Overhead Pressing Strength
Post by: tua1048 on November 06, 2014, 03:03:02 PM
Hi Guys

Any tips you could give for a stalled Overhead press would be much appreciated. I'm of the opinion I probably just need to gain more shoulder mass to support greater weights over my head. Any opinons?

What is your training plan for overhead presses? And upper body in general?

My shoulders are disproportionately strong. Over the years I've done just about every kind of shoulder exercise i.e. medicine ball throws, high rep sets, super slow sets, every db, bb and machine variation to handstand pushups, gymnastic holds, ring work, etc. I never had a specific goal other than to push something in some way and do more next time. When I couldn't I tried something else. When I ran out of ideas I went back and tried some of the ones I hadn't done in a while.

I'm truly enjoying the design and layout of your website. It's a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a designer to create your theme? Exceptional work!
