- Hi!
Does anyone know if Boris Sheiko will publish his book in English?
- Yes, he's working on getting it translated soon. :D

When the translation is complete the news will probably be posted on the facebook page, website and forum.
Shirts? Yeah, I don't see why not. Let me see what Boris says. It probably won't take much convincing.

Hope it will be soon!
- I was just curious to know if there has been any updates regarding a possible release date for an English translation.
- There isn't a date scheduled yet. But work is ongoing. The book is written as a powerlifting monograph so it's a challenging translation. It would have been easier if it was a popular literature writing style.
- Last update I heard was that the english versions will likely be released as e-books and there may be an original and "updated version" whereby the updated has been re-written in a less dense fashion for your average dumb powerlifter.
Also keep an eye out for my cameo in the bench setup section.

That sounds like a great idea, looks like I will be buying!

How do you avoid crushing your bollocks with this technique?
I tried it the other day and the setup is good, but I couldn't avoid that issue.
My bench really sucks so I have to improve my arch a lot more.

Umm... honestly that's never happened. Tuck them up more?
Don't focus so much on improving your arch, improve your bench as a whole. Do more volume, do more assistance, and maintain tight form for every set so you get more practice.

I figured it out today, basically just need to pull the adductors in more so that the legs are on the bench instead of... yeah.
It's slowly moving up, I've gone from being stuck at 75kg, to now around 90kg+ paused. I tried this run of Sheiko with an inflated bench max because I'm frustrated how much it's behind my other lifts, but it was a mistake because I ended up hurting my shoulder which won't heal until I'm back in offseason mode.
I will keep at it!
- So have any of his book been translated yet?
