Title: Questions for Boris
Post by: Robert Frederick on June 12, 2014, 11:01:38 AM
To make it easier for Boris to find your questions and answer them please put his name in the post. Something like "Hi Boris, I want to ask you a question about...".  Also, he is very busy so he probably won't be able to answer right away.

He is going to do a video response to your questions soon so make sure you get them in.

And don't start asking Boris to check your form and give you advice. If you want his coaching then contact him via the main website and pay him for it. I'll delete form check requests addressed to him if I see them.

Do you know if such a thing is possible for 1 lift or for a form check?  I can't afford the full training but would be very interested in getting some sort of aid for my deadlift be it programming or advice based on video

Boris just said in a post before that if comments on one person's form he will have a thousand similar questions to answer tomorrow.

yes exactly, so what if one were to pay for that? Or pay (less) for limited guidance for one lift

No problem man I'd appreciate it.  Maybe it could be dubbed like a 'consultation' or something?  I don't know if guidance for 1 lift would be possible, because obviously no lift exists in a vacuum non-influenced by the other 2

What if I'll send him a PM in Russian? (I sent him a message through his website but he didn't reply...)

Okay, so I guess he doesn't check his inbox everyday. PM me with your email address and what you want and I'll let him know.

I don't have permissions for sending you a PM so I wrote a mail to sheikoprogram@gmail.com. Hope this is also okay.
