Title: small load intermediate APP increasing to 16 weeks

I have started small load intermediate prep 1.

I was hoping to increase this cycle to a total of 16-17 weeks.
Originally I was going to go: Prep 1, prep 2, competition. But that is only 13 weeks

Would it be a good idea to do a second prep 2? What else could I do?
