Comparing the training programs of the new book (squat emphasis for example), i see a lot of differences with the former programs

Less volume
More variation
Less double sessions (just Squat and bench instead of Squat-Bench-Squat)

So, has the Sheiko Metodology changed ?

There's no universal program that's truly for everyone. There are differences in volume and variations within the same methodology.
