Title: Squat and bench critique

The bench was about 85% of max and the squat was about the same.

I've been struggling to put on bench numbers for a year now. Currently following the Advanced large load program for a competition in August.

The arch on bench isn't much, but I can't seem to get more than where you see it. Grip was set with an unloaded bar to have a 90 degree angle (forearm to bar) as it sits on my chest. Been trying to have the bar move slightly toward my head as I press. Havent had any critique on whether my elbows flare or not.

Squat is high bar (at least I think so). Foot placement is a little narrower than shoulders with my toes flared out a decent amount. I also recently got some heel lifts to try them out before I plunk down the cash for some squat shoes.
