Title: What do I do now?

Hello all... I'm not sure what to do at this point.

 I am currently using the Sheiko IOS app and I just finshed Prep Cycle 1 Intermediate (Medium load)

Where do I go from here?

you should do next cycle. Prep 2 i think

Do I continue to train with the current 1RM that I have logged into the app? and continue until the comp cycle which while give me my new 1RM?
