Title: Bench press close or wide grip

Hi,

Would appreciate feedback on my form on bench. I have attached two links to both close or some would say middle grip and wider grip. I am told wider grip will improve my bench, however as videos demonstrate I feel stronger with closer grip bench. I have longer arms and legs in comparison to my torso if that makes a difference to my preferred technique.

My comp bench pb is 115k and in the gym 122.5. I seem to get stuck mid way up.

I think your form looks really solid. I think you should stick with wide grip a little bit longer, cause in my case I was also a stronger closer grip presser, but I plateaued and making my grip just a finger length farther kept me progressing.  If not maybe find somewhere in between your cg and wg.

Thanks for the feedback much appreciated. I flip between the two so will just keep trying wider grip and maintaining tension
