- Hi guys.
I seem to get excessive doms in my adductors after squatting. My quads etc can recover pretty well but my adductors can take up to 4 days.
Is there anything that typically causes this technique wise (or any other reason?)
I will post a video if it helps but I wanted to see if anyone knew of any common causes?
Thanks
James
- Are you new to Sheiko? It can be causes by immobility, your squatting technique, foot stance and other things.
Upload your video will give us better foundation to base our answers on :)

- Hi guys
Just wondering if someone can look at the videos above and see if anything jumps out as to why I get excessive DOMS in my adductors after back squats? They can last for up to 5 days and almost feel like a strain.
Someone has mentioned that the arch of my foot moves in sometimes, could this cause the adductors to work harder than they should?
Any help would be much appreciated as it is really affecting my training and progress.
Many thanks
James
- I would think it would start to go away after enough time of squatting. However it could be your form is not quite optimal for your unique body and limb structures/lengths. I would focus on mobility and making sure your form is on point as the first step.
- Thanks lasjack I appreciate the reply.

James
