What about alcohol?

What are your stans/relationship to alcohol and traning? I usually crack a coulple of beer on saturaday night, wich helps med unwind and relax from the week. How muck dose alcohol really affect traning? Note: I train mon, wen, fri and saturday

I've surveyed a few thousand people asking about this and that. With all else constant between people, those that said they consume alcohol totaled about 25kg less on average than those who did not consume alcohol.

Alcohol is about how serious you take your sport.

Your poundage, intensity and frequency depends on how resillient your tendons and muscles allready are and how much you can recover from.

Drinking alcohol will kill recovery untill the ethanol is out of the blood.

Wow that is a great metric. Would you happen to have the study/writeup of this?
