DOMS in adductors
« on: February 10, 2017, 01:18:11 PM »
Hi guys.
I seem to get excessive doms in my adductors after squatting. My quads etc can recover pretty well but my adductors can take up to 4 days.
Is there anything that typically causes this technique wise (or any other reason?)
I will post a video if it helps but I wanted to see if anyone knew of any common causes?
Thanks
James

Are you new to Sheiko? It can be causes by immobility, your squatting technique, foot stance and other things.

Upload your video will give us better foundation to base our answers on :)
