Advanced Small Load - Week 3 Day 2

Hi,

I have a question regarding volume with Advanced Small Load Prep 1. Week 3 - Day 2 begins with Deficit Deadlifts. The app has my top sets at 3 singles with 70%. Seems low. A spreadsheet of the same program requires 4 sets of 2 @ 70%. Just wanted a confirmation on which is correct. Thanks a lot

No, that app is correct here. A spreadsheet for this was never released so I'm not sure who wrote that. Those are deficit deadlifts with 70% of your competition deadlift max, not 70% of your deficit deadlift max. Also remember that this is the introductory cycle of the small load program and you deadlift twice that day.
