I'm already doing pause squats from time to time but maybe I should also start slowing down a bit.
I guess this won't hurt strengthwise but would allow me to control the depth better.

Hey,
since some weeks I'm facing the uncommon problem that I'm squatting too deep which makes it hard to use my hip muscles correctly when approaching heavier weights (>= 80%).
I was always used to squatting as deep as my hip mobility allows me so I'm really struggling squatting higher (just below parallel) because it feels strange to me.
Do you have any suggestions for fixing my squat depth? I already stopped stretching but this didn't help at all.

Same here, I just use a very light board (2cm). I don't know if it's a good idea, though.
