Exercise selection in app

Hi guys.

I have noticed that in some of the days there are two bench press exercises.
They both just say bench. Would I do them as flat bench or would the second one be something like close grip or board etc?

Just for clarification. These are not the 'chest muscles' exercises but the bench press ones.

This is a classic "Sheiko" style training concept. Training a lift twice in one day, with another lift in between. Do the second bench session the exact same way as the first. (Competition style)
Deadlifts 'n Death Metal
Best Gym Lifts
193kg(425 lb) squat
111kg(245 lb) bench
255kg(560 lb) deadlift

All pulls and no bench makes Vic a weak boy.

Pending on what is written you could (it can be an option) go for a variation-of the main lift in the second round. Typically you would choose a variation that works with one of your weakpoints.

This goes for squat and deadlift too.
