Going back to advanced small load from advanced medium load?

If I look back at my traning it seems like I have made better progress doing adv small load compared to running medium load for my latest traning period. What could the explination for this be? Could i benefit from going back down in traning volume? Maybe medium load is to muck for me. Note i do have a pretty physical job and also do liss-cardio 3 times a week

Perhaps you can put more emphasis on correct technique with smaller load given that you already receive external stimulus from job and cardio. I would keep going with small load in your situation :)
