This is my first time running one of these programs and im really excited. I was wondering if starting with the second prep cycle is ill advised or outright wrong.  My reasoning behind doing this cycle first is that it with this cycle and the following prep and comp cycles would put me exactly at a powerlifting meet for the max test day.  Would it be better to start with prep 1 and shave 4 weeks off a different prep cycle?  Thanks.

That's what Sheiko recommends doing in one of the Ask Sheiko vids on Youtube. If the meet is 40~ days or more away, then just jump ahead in the programme. Don't cut in the middle.
