I have answered your question more generally several times in other threads. Pls. try to look for it.

Don't look for a specific thread with a lifter only having 5 weeks to comp. but look for threads with similar topics.

Hint: I would do 4 weeks of prep. and just deload.

Thanks, I'm trying. Also thanks for the hint, I think I'll try adv. small load prep 3 which is 4weeks , and compete on  the 5th week.

I looked through 5 pages of search results but couldn't. :-\

I tought about ending this prep phase in the next 2weeks and then try to make comp week the week where my skill tests would be on the comp program, but im missing a week.

I have a competition in Dec 16 sunday, so in 5 weeks. I just finished week 2 of the advanced medium load prep, next monday would be week 3. Should I start the advanced medium load competition next week, or what would be the best option? The 5th week would be the week of the competition, so I guess I'd skip that week? If I'd do the 3 day competition prep, thats only 4 weeks so the last week has no training. This would be my first comp, so I'd love some advice.

Hello I know it's not that topic but this is the only one seems to be alive so I'll ask here. If it's not ok, please direct me to the correct place.

My first question is, is the android app as good as the ios one? Is there any difference between the two?

Seconds question is,  my BW is about ~80kg, squat: 135, bench: 100, dl: 160.  I've been lifting for about a year, ran a 5/3/1 based LP program (nsuns) since then, but I'm stalling on my lifts, that's why I want to switch to sheiko and do it instead. Which workout should I start with? The android app doesn't tell me which  one should I use, I think it should be Intermediate medium load prep 1 ( i dont know the spreadsheet names, sorry)? I have time to train 4 days instead of 3 though.

Also, I'm not planning to compete, so what do I do after I finish medium preparations? Move to large? Or do the 4 day advanced workouts? I'm kind of lost, thank you for the help.
