I am stuck at Friday of week 4. my chest can't handle the volume of bench press and accessories. What will i have to do next week? reduce the volume or repeat the same weight of w4 ?

What did you do in the end?

Seems to me like you increased your max too fast. It is no problem to reduce weight in this program (since it is not a numbered one).

Hello everyone!

I didn't see an answer to the question about the pullups/downs in this program, yet. Why is there only pullups in the first day of the program? Is this a mistake? If so, what is the suggested programming?
