Lat Muscles, Deltoids, Chains?
« on: October 14, 2017, 05:25:33 AM »
Just got the app, had a few questions:

When Lat Muscles are listed, would it be appropriate to do some type of row?
  • Barbell
  • Dumbbell
  • T-Bar
  • Seated cable

When deltoids are listed, should I hit all 3 heads? Also, I'm assuming any of the following would be ok:
  • Side laterals
  • Front raises
  • Bent over lateral
  • Face pull
  • 6-ways
  • Seated row to neck

When chains are listed, is it ok to substitute bands? I don't have chains but I have a full set of the EliteFTS bands.

Thanks

For lats rotate vertical pulls (pulldowns/pullups) with rows (seated rows etc).

For delts choose one head. Next time there is delt in the program choose another head. Generally I do front raise with dumbells, side raise and bent-over lateral raise.

I guess you can substitute bands for chains without too much problem if you choose an appropriate band.
