Colombia, South America

*How long have you been training? How long have you been using Super-coach Sheiko's training?
3.5 years, first time doing proper sheiko on january 2018 because I messed up the program on past months

*Do you compete? Which Fed?
At nationals, IPF but want to get better and reach international meetings

*What have you totaled? What are your best lifts?
135, 80 and 155 Kg, 84Kg bw at september 2017

How long training?
- Little Bench only in highschool and about 2 years powerlifting now

- Not yet plan to at some point

Totals, best?
In gym Squat 500, Bench 275, Deadlift 485 at 198 pounds. Bulked up a little bit now into the 200s to try and push it a little more!
